The Path Behind the Presence
I used to think the goal was to fix things.
Fix my body. Fix my habits. Fix myself.
My journey toward healing began like many do—with pain, confusion, and the belief that if I could just solve the “problem” of me, I’d finally be at peace. As a child, I learned early that something about me needed correcting—my body, my habits, my emotions. I became the problem-solver, the high achiever, the one who held it together.
This led me to a career in engineering, a field that rewarded logic, precision, and solutions. But eventually, the cost of ignoring my inner world caught up with me. Years of sleep disruption, depression, burnout, and physical symptoms like eczema and digestive issues were signs that I was living out of alignment with my true self.

In 2016, I began quietly searching for something else—something beyond spreadsheets and structure. I trained in nutrition first, then craniosacral therapy, psychology, and hypnotherapy. Over the years, I’ve also explored astrology, coaching, and trained as a yoga teacher.
Each path gave me a piece of something I was missing, though I didn’t know how it all fit together yet. I was still trying to figure myself out—still trying to get “well,” to get “better,” whatever that meant.
What stood out to me in all of this was hypnotherapy—specifically, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). It offered a way to work with the subconscious directly, to explore the roots beneath the patterns. That became a turning point for me—not just in how I understood healing, but in how I began to understand myself.
Hypnosis allows us to access the deeper layers—the subconscious, the source. It helped me make sense of patterns I’d carried for decades. I saw the same happen for others. RTT became the foundation of my work. And it still is, in many ways.
But over time, something shifted. I noticed that in many sessions, something unexpected was happening. Clients weren’t just gaining insight—they were touching something deeper. A stillness. A sense of vastness. A kind of peace that didn’t come from solving anything, but from simply being present with what is.
That’s when I started letting go of the script. Not because RTT stopped working—but because something more authentic started coming through.
Now, I offer sessions that are less about technique and more about presence. While the modalities I’ve studied—like hypnosis, yoga, craniosacral therapy, and astrology—have shaped how I see and hold space, I no longer follow a fixed method.
Hypnosis is still a vital part of my work –
a doorway into what lies beneath the surface.
What guides me today is intuition, deep listening, and trust in the wisdom already within you. I don’t believe in fixing people or leading them through a predefined process.
What I offer is guidance—a space to slow down, feel, and listen inward.
A space to follow your own thread of truth.
I walk with you on the path of remembering—
remembering who you are beneath the noise, the coping, and the conditioning.
The work I do now lives somewhere between release and remembrance—between letting go and coming home.

My Core Values
Authenticity and honesty are at the heart of everything I do. I believe in showing up as our true selves—not as we think we should be, but as we truly are. My intention is to create a space where you feel safe to be open and genuine, without the need to hide or mask any part of yourself.
True transformation begins with honesty—with ourselves, and with each other. I’m here to support you in embracing that truth.
I also hold a deep belief that each person carries their own truth. Your journey, your experiences, and your inner wisdom are unique. My role is not to impose answers or tell you what’s “right”—but to help you uncover what resonates most with you.
I meet every part of you with respect—especially the parts you’ve learned to hide.
What we call the “shadow” is often a strategy the nervous system developed to protect us.
It doesn’t need judgment.
It needs compassion and safety.
