Questions you might have

Curiosity is welcome here.
Below, you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions I receive—about hypnosis, the process, and what you can expect.
And remember: you don’t need to have it all figured out beforehand.
What matters most is that it feels right for you.

  • What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural state of deep relaxation and focused awareness.
In this state, the mind becomes more open and receptive to insight and new perspectives—without losing consciousness or control.
It’s not like sleep—you’re awake, present, and at the same time calm and inwardly focused.

In hypnosis, we access the subconscious—where emotions, patterns, and old beliefs are stored.
This allows us to understand why something might feel stuck,
and to meet it at the root—where it actually lives.

    How does hypnosis work?
Hypnosis lets us bypass the analytical mind—the part that often resists change.
In a hypnotic state, it becomes easier to connect with what’s underneath the thoughts:
emotions, memories, inner protections—and what is ready to be met.

    Can anyone be hypnotized?
Yes—most people can enter a state of hypnosis, as long as they’re open to the process
and willing to follow my guidance.
    Hypnosis isn’t something I “do to you”—it’s a collaboration.
I support you into a state where you can meet yourself in safety and presence.

  • My sessions follow no fixed formula.
They are a space where we slow down, turn inward—and follow what naturally reveals itself.

I use conversation, deep listening, and hypnosis (when it feels right)
to support you in meeting the parts of yourself that have been hidden.

Sometimes, emotional layers rise to the surface.
Other times, it’s simply about grounding, listening—and remembering who you are beneath the conditioning.

  • Everything is welcome.

Many come with inner restlessness, exhaustion, low self-worth, stuck patterns, sleep difficulties—or the feeling of having lost touch with themselves.
Others arrive without a “clear problem,” but with a quiet longing for something more.

  • Every experience is unique.
Many describe a sense of deep calm, release, insight, or clarity.
Some feel strong emotions—others access new understanding or a feeling of connection with themselves.

There’s no “right” way to experience it—we simply follow what feels true for you.

One thing many people notice is how time feels different.
It might feel like just a few minutes have passed, even though the session has lasted much longer.

  • It’s completely normal to feel uncertain beforehand—
but there’s nothing you have to “get right.”

This work isn’t about performing. It’s about presence.

You don’t need to understand everything, do it perfectly, or come up with the “right” answers.
My role is to hold a space where you can simply be—just as you are.

  • No. You don’t need to believe in anything specific—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to meet yourself.

This work isn’t based on a system or belief.
It’s rooted in your own inner process.

  • If something in you resonates as you read this—then yes, it’s for you.

You don’t need to feel “ready,” have big problems, or know exactly what you want to work on.
Maybe you just feel that something is off—or that something deeper in you is ready to be seen.

  • All sessions are held online (via Zoom).
You don’t have to travel anywhere — just find a quiet, comfortable spot where you feel safe.
Many find that being in their own space makes it even easier to relax and open up.

  • 9. Is hypnosis right for everyone?

Hypnosis is safe for most people.
But there are situations where it’s either not recommended, or where it’s important to consider whether this is the right time.

    Not recommended
Hypnosis and this kind of inner work is not suitable if you:
    – have psychosis or dissociative disorders
    – struggle with severe substance abuse
    – are in an acute mental health crisis or experiencing suicidal thoughts

These situations require medical or psychiatric care.

    ⚠️ Needs consideration
If you’ve been diagnosed with untreated PTSD, or are in a period of deep depression, it’s important to check in with yourself:
Is your system ready for this kind of work?
In some cases, it may be better to wait—or to use these sessions as a gentle supplement to therapy, if you already have solid support in daily life.

The guidance I offer is not therapy or treatment.
It’s a safe space to meet yourself—through deep presence and access to the subconscious.

Still unsure if this is right for you?
Feel free to reach out. We can sense into it together.

Something in you knows when the time is right

When you feel a quiet yes within—
not a yes from pressure, but from resonance—
then you’re ready for the next step.
