This program is specifically designed for success, either done online or in person. Some prefer face-to-face, while others find more comfort in their own environment.
The intake session lasts up to 60 min. We discuss your unique situation and issue, the related triggers and habits. But most importantly, we paint a picture of your desired outcome and what your life transformation looks like.
The RTT® session is where the main work is done. I will guide you into hypnosis and from there we go exploring the subconscious together. It’s a wonderful experience, it feels very relaxing and natural. We find the root of the issue, extract it and install the new, more beneficial beliefs. It’s a comprehensive process, which takes about 90 - 120 min. We use whatever time we need.
After the session you receive a personal recording, specifically taylored to your situation, to listen to for at least 21 days to ensure lasting results.
Support throughout the 30 days, if required.
A follow-up session at the completion of the 30 day
