What is Rapid Transformational Therapy®?

RTT is a method that works with the subconscious.
That’s really the core of it.

Instead of managing symptoms or trying to think your way out of something, RTT helps you understand why the pattern is there to begin with — and where it comes from.

The idea is simple: when something in you finally gets heard, it doesn’t need to keep showing up as sabotage, resistance, pain, or confusion.

RTT taught me how powerful the subconscious is — and how much shifts when you stop fixing, and start listening.

Understanding RTT: Why It’s Different

RTT was developed by Marisa Peer and draws on over 30 years of experience.
It combines elements from hypnotherapy, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), and CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) — but it’s not a copy of any of them. It’s its own thing.

What makes it different is how fast it goes to the root.
You don’t stay stuck on the surface. You don’t need ten sessions to understand why something’s happening.

RTT works with the subconscious — the part of you that’s actually running the show.
And when that part gets attention, things tend to shift quickly.
Not because it’s magic. But because you’re finally listening at the right depth.

You’re not broken. You’re not being fixed.

RTT isn’t about someone doing something to you — and it’s definitely not about the RTT therapist holding all the answers.
It’s about creating the kind of space where you can access what’s already there.

The subconscious knows why the pattern exists. RTT just helps bring that to the surface, so you’re not fighting it blindly anymore.

There’s no pressure to perform. No need to explain yourself.
It’s not about doing healing “right.”
It’s just about meeting what’s real — and letting that be enough.

Where it took me

RTT showed me what happens when we stop fixing and start listening.
It taught me that the stories we carry aren’t random — they’re trying to speak. And when we stop resisting them, we can finally hear what they’ve been saying all along.

For some, one session brings clarity. For others, it’s the beginning of a longer process.
There’s no formula — and that’s the point.

RTT was part of my journey for a long time.
And even though I’ve moved beyond the method in how I work now, the depth it unlocked stays with me.

It opened the door.
And sometimes, that’s all we need.
